Where is my writing saved?
Your projects are saved locally on your device. When iCloud Sync is available, the app also keeps a copy in your personal iCloud Documents storage.

How do I sync my devices?
Sign in to the same Apple Account on each device, enable iCloud Drive, then open Settings → iCloud Sync inside the app.
My cover image is missing
Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled and allow a moment for the image to download. You can also choose a replacement from the project’s cover-image control.
How does AI Review work?
AI Review runs only when you request it. The selected project context is sent securely for analysis so the app can provide feedback without rewriting your voice.
Can I recover earlier writing?
Open the project’s History tools to view manuscript snapshots and automatic recovery points. Create a manual snapshot before making major revisions.
How do I export my manuscript?
Open Finished Work, choose your formatting options, then export as DOCX, PDF, Markdown or plain text using the iOS share sheet.
